capture and management, is pleased to announce the signing of a distribution
agreement with Smoltz Distributing Inc. ("Smoltz"), a US-based national
distributor of specialized dictation, transcription and conference/court
recording solutions.
    The distribution agreement, effective immediately, will see Smoltz become
a distributor of VIQ's RecordIAB and RecordABLE digital conference/court
solutions. RecordIAB is VIQ's 8-channel enclosed recording console. RecordABLE
offers laptop- or desktop-based multi-channel recording for hearings and
meetings.
    The distribution agreement provides VIQ with access to Smoltz's well-
established network of over 400 authorized dealers. Smoltz will also provide
first-level technical support and service to VIQ dealers. Smoltz's technical
specialists boast over 200 combined years of dedicated customer service
experience.
