The following results were found for the Digital Pocket Memo 9350 model.

Question: With the 9350, can you play the DSS files through your pc audio system? Or are there any means to convert DSS to something less esoteric?

Answer: The 9350 is a USB audio speaker thus when connected to the PC it will normally be used as the sound source. However, you can change to the PC soundcard for playback by selecting it via the "sounds and audio devices" properties in the Windows Control Panel. You can convert the DSS files to another format via the Download/Configuration software.

Question: What is the largest amount of memory the memo 9350 can handle? What is the SP recording time on a 256MB card?

Answer: At the moment, there is no known limitation to memory card size for the DPM 9350. 256MB would yield about 40 hours of SP dictation time.

Question: With 16MB card I only get about 33 minutes of recording time in SP Mode...

Answer: You get over 2 hours of recording in SP mode with a 16MB card. The recording time available will be indicated with small and large digits as follows: 2:33:55 where the hours will be represented by the small font digit.
